The power issue continued intermittently but we persisted in going on our way. Had a delightful lunch at a canal side restaurant and a little look around the town. Found an interesting little boutique with lots of interesting things. In the afternoon we kept going but fell short of our target destination because of the engine problem. Nobody very hungry however we found a lovely little restaurant/bar and had dessert and an after dinner drink.
